Shingles are the heaviest single component and they are the thing that pushes a load over. What makes a shed demolition harder or easier?

Permits

Almost every shed we take down still has things in it. Paint, fuel, fertilizer, a mower, and twenty years of garden tools. Anything left inside becomes part of the load and therefore part of the price, so emptying it first is the most effective thing you can do to bring the number down. It costs you nothing but an hour.
Take out anything you actually want first
The lawnmower, the good tools, the bicycle nobody has ridden since 2019. Once demolition starts, everything inside the footprint is debris and it is going on the truck. Retrieving something from a pile of splintered plywood is far harder than taking it off a shelf. Can you take a shed down yourself in Derry?

Getting it down is a weekend with a crowbar
A pry bar, a reciprocating saw, gloves, eye protection and somebody to help you. Take the roof first, then the walls, then the floor, and work in that order for a reason. Doing it the other way round is how people end up under things.
Getting rid of it is where the plan usually fails
