What we offer

Three days off a week: You get a real weekend and then some.
Overtime is voluntary: There is overtime available most weeks. Taking it is your call, not ours.

Working at Trash Can Willy's means joining a fast-paced, team-driven company that takes pride in hard work, good customer service and getting the job done right. Our crews handle everything from furniture and appliance removal to full property cleanouts, estate cleanouts, shed and hot tub removal across Southern New Hampshire and MetroWest Massachusetts.

Every day is different. One job might be clearing out a garage, the next could be a full house cleanout or helping somebody reclaim a room in their home or business. The team works together to load trucks safely and efficiently while keeping the whole thing professional and friendly for the customer.

We recycle, donate and resell whenever we can, both to keep material out of the landfill and to keep the cost down for the customer. You learn how to estimate a job, how to handle a wide range of materials, how to operate equipment safely, and how to represent the company well in somebody's home.

If you like staying active, working outdoors, solving problems and being part of a strong team, this is a good place to be, and there is room to grow in it.

What we are looking for

A valid driver's license and a clean enough record to be insured on our trucks
The ability to lift heavy things repeatedly, safely, all day
Turning up on time, every time, because a crew of two is a crew of one when you do not
Talking to customers like they are people, in their home, on what is often a stressful day
Passing a background check, because we go inside people's houses
