What our demolition services include
Garage demolition and safe removal of attached structures. Shed and barn demolition for unused or collapsing buildings. Construction debris hauling after a DIY project or contractor work. Cleanup of any remaining junk or materials left on site. Whether it is a garage, a backyard shed or a full house removal, we handle the heavy work.
We handle the permits and the prep
We pull all needed permits for the work to be done if needed. Some towns want one for a structure teardown and some do not, so ask when you call and we will tell you what your building department typically wants. Permits, prep, removal and cleanup are all on us.
We clean up after every job
We clean up after every job and sweep the area when we are done. The debris goes on the truck and we pick up the hardware we can see. We will not promise you every last fastener out of the grass, but you are not left with the site to sort out.
A structure we can resell costs you less
Every now and then a shed or garage is coming down for reasons other than disrepair. In those cases we sometimes offer to do the removal for half of what it would normally be, or even for free, if we think we can salvage and resell the structure. It is always worth asking before you assume the answer.
We recycle or donate up to 85% of what we haul
In 2025 alone we recycled more than a million pounds of scrap metal and passed thousands of usable items on, much of it to the Epilepsy Foundation, Goodwill, the Salvation Army and local soup kitchens. When a job turns up a meaningful amount of that, it comes off your price, so the sorting works in your favor twice.
Priced on the work, not the air in the truck
Most junk removal companies charge by how much truck space you use. Bricks or feathers, packed tight or full of air, you can pay the same simply because it takes up the same space. We price the actual job: weight, labor, difficulty and access. And our trucks are huge. Three of many competitors' trucks can fit inside one of ours, which means fewer trips to unload, less time spent dumping and lower costs we can pass on to our customers. Your price is approved before anything moves and doesn't change afterward. Plus, we beat any written quote.

Two or three of us show up depending on the size of the job, with the largest trucks in New England behind them: three of a competitor's trucks fit inside one of our 20-foot boxes. Our Process
How a demolition job works
Structures get quoted in person. If you accept the price we can typically have a shed or garage down and gone within two to three days of the estimate.
Step 1: Call or text us
Call or text 603-490-2177 with the rough size and a few photos, including how close a truck can get. A price over the phone is our best guess, because access drives the number as much as the structure does.
Step 2: Free on-site estimate
We come out and look at the scope of the job: the dimensions, the construction, the ground and the route out. There is no obligation and no charge for the visit.
Step 3: Honest, up front pricing
You get the number before anything is booked, with no surprise charges. Shed and garage demolition starts as low as $149 and can go as high as $750 to $800, depending on how far we drive, the size and weight of the structure and the work to take it down without damaging your landscaping. The crew confirms the exact price on site before any work starts, and once you approve it, it does not change.
Step 4: We take it down
Dismantled or knocked down depending on the structure, then loaded straight onto the truck. Anything we are saving for resale comes apart carefully instead.
Step 5: Site cleared and swept
The debris is hauled, the hardware we can see is picked up and the area is swept. We recycle as much of the material as possible and donate anything still in usable condition.

Demolition questions, straight answers
What kinds of structures do you take down?
Garages, including the safe removal of attached structures. Sheds and barns that are unused or collapsing. We also handle full house removals. We do not take a deck off a house, and we do not do treehouses. A free-standing deck or one around a pool is case by case, so call and ask.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your town and the structure. Where one is required, we pull it. Ask when you call and we will tell you what your municipality typically wants.
Do you offer any discounts?
Military and senior discounts are available, so mention it when you book.
Can you take other junk while you are here?
Yes, and it is cheaper than booking a second trip. Single items start at $35, and anything left in or around the structure goes on the same truck.
How soon can you schedule the job?
Structures get quoted in person. Once you accept the price we can typically have a shed or garage down and gone within two to three days of the estimate. Sometimes we can do it the same day you call, so it is worth asking. You do not need a credit card to book, and booking online takes a couple of minutes.
Do I have to move anything to the curb first?
No. You point, we take it. Two or three of us come depending on the size of the job and we do all of the work: out of the basement, down the attic stairs, around the landing, into the truck. You do not lift anything and you do not drag anything outside. We sweep the space broom clean before we leave.
How do you quote a job?
Call or text 603-490-2177 with a description or a few photos and we give you a price range on the spot. That phone quote is our best guess, not a binding number. When the crew arrives they look at the job and confirm the exact price before any work starts. Once you approve it, it does not change. For big jobs and full cleanouts we come out for a free on-site estimate, Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
Do you beat other quotes?
Yes. Bring us any written estimate from another company and we beat it by up to 10%. And every week we draw one customer's completed job and refund it in full, so keep your receipt.
Do I need to be home?
Not if we can get to the stuff. Plenty of jobs are booked by phone, hauled while you're at work, and closed out with photos and a card payment. If access is tight or you want to point at things yourself, be there and we'll walk it with you.
When will you actually show up?
You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call about 20 minutes out, so you're not sitting around all day. Most single-item pickups are done inside an hour of the truck arriving.
What won't you take?
Hazardous waste is the short list: wet paint or stain, gasoline and other flammable liquids loose in cans or drums, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste. A mower, generator or snow blower with fuel or oil still in it is fine: we drain it as part of the job. Fully dried latex paint is fine. Everything else, if two people can lift it and it fits in the truck, we take it.
How do I pay, and how does the $40 off work?
Credit, debit, cash, or estate, certified and business checks. No personal checks. You get an emailed receipt before the truck leaves. Mention the coupon when you book any job and we take $40 off the quoted price, one per job.
