Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we only contact you because you contacted us first. What follows is the same thing said more carefully.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and whatever you tell us about what needs hauling. If you submit a form on this site, the page you submitted it from is recorded alongside it so we know which service or town you were looking at.

We do not record or store credit card information.

Who sees it

Your information is not shared, sold or disclosed outside the office. Within Trash Can Willy's it reaches the sales manager and, on a need-to-know basis, the staff actually serving you. Beyond that, only the owner has access. Your details are stored in an encrypted scheduling application and archived.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number and submit a form, you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message from Trash Can Willy's Junk Removal Service. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging, or HELP for more information.

No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When we contact you

After you contact us first, by phone, by text, by email or through a form on this site. We do not buy lists and we do not cold call.

Third parties on this site

Some pages embed a Google Map so you can find us, and Google may set cookies when that map loads. We use call tracking so we can tell which advertising is working, which means a phone number shown to you may differ from the one shown to someone else. Every one of them connects to the same office and the same people.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how a page is used, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks the text you type, so what you enter in a form is not captured in a recording. None of it is sold or shared for marketing.

Asking us about your information

Call or text 603-490-2177 and ask for the office. We will tell you what we hold and delete it if you want it gone.
