Yes, and usually in the same load. Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, water heaters and air conditioners go on the truck alongside the furniture, and so does the debris from a bathroom gut, a kitchen tear-out or an old deck. Our crew loads all of it. The only things we cannot take are the hazardous ones: wet paint and stain, gasoline, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze and motor oil.

Yes, and we book to your date rather than ours. A house emptied after a move or a death is a bigger job than a room, often more than one truckload, so we say that up front and bring the crew to match. We sort as we load, sweep the rooms before we leave, and can be finished before a walkthrough or a closing that afternoon.

Yes. The driveways down there are short and soft, so we do not park a loaded 20-foot box truck on one. We carry from the door. Tell us the street when you book.

Not if we can get to the stuff. Plenty of jobs are booked by phone, hauled while you're at work, and closed out with photos and a card payment. If access is tight or you want to point at things yourself, be there and we'll walk it with you.

You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call about 20 minutes out, so you're not sitting around all day. Most single-item pickups are done inside an hour of the truck arriving.

Hazardous waste is the short list: wet paint or stain, gasoline and other flammable liquids loose in cans or drums, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste. A mower, generator or snow blower with fuel or oil still in it is fine: we drain it as part of the job. Fully dried latex paint is fine. Everything else, if two people can lift it and it fits in the truck, we take it.

Credit, debit, cash, or estate, certified and business checks. No personal checks. You get an emailed receipt before the truck leaves. Mention the coupon when you book any job and we take $40 off the quoted price, one per job.
