Anything we can resell, donate or recycle comes off that price, and we beat any written quote you already have in hand.

Yes, up to 85 percent of what we haul. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation partners, metal goes to scrap and electronics go to a certified recycler. If something coming out of your house still has resale value we take a discount off your price for it, and sometimes we even buy your junk.

Yes, and we can come partway through the job or at the end of it. Plaster, lath, tile, cabinets, flooring, the old tub and the vanity all go out in the same load. Heavy material is priced on what it weighs and how far it has to be carried, and we tell you which way it is being counted before we start.

Same-day or next-day is often possible. Concord is served from our Hooksett office, so it is a regular run for us rather than a special trip.

Not if we can get to the stuff. Plenty of jobs are booked by phone, hauled while you're at work, and closed out with photos and a card payment. If access is tight or you want to point at things yourself, be there and we'll walk it with you.

You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call about 20 minutes out, so you're not sitting around all day. Most single-item pickups are done inside an hour of the truck arriving.

Hazardous waste is the short list: wet paint or stain, gasoline and other flammable liquids loose in cans or drums, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste. A mower, generator or snow blower with fuel or oil still in it is fine: we drain it as part of the job. Fully dried latex paint is fine. Everything else, if two people can lift it and it fits in the truck, we take it.
