Yes. Sheetrock, roofing tile, concrete, old cabinets and the rest of a bathroom or kitchen tear-out all go on the truck, and they can go on the same visit as the furniture. Demolition debris is a big part of what our trucks carry here, so tell us what came out of the room and we will price the whole job as one number.

It comes down to what the load weighs, the labor it takes and how hard it is to reach. Single items start at $35, and $40 comes off any job above that. A room is usually a small job, a whole house is a bigger one, and we would rather work that out with you on the phone than surprise you on the day. Nothing is charged by the piece.

You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call about 20 minutes out, so you're not sitting around all day. Most single-item pickups are done inside an hour of the truck arriving.

Hazardous waste is the short list: wet paint or stain, gasoline and other flammable liquids loose in cans or drums, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste. A mower, generator or snow blower with fuel or oil still in it is fine: we drain it as part of the job. Fully dried latex paint is fine. Everything else, if two people can lift it and it fits in the truck, we take it.
