Our Services

The junk removal services we offer in Nashua

More examples of junk we take

We also run a curbside junk pickup service for light items you can get to the curb yourself, plus repeat customer discounts and customer loyalty offerings. Single items start at $35, $40 comes off any job above that, and no job is too large or too small.

Why Us

Why use Trash Can Willy's in Nashua

We are a local, veteran-owned junk removal company, A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and 17+ years in business. Here is what that means on a Nashua job.

Get rid of your junk in Nashua for less

You point to it and we remove your junk from where it sits, so nothing has to come out to the curb first. Single items start at $35 and it runs up to a whole entire household: furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard waste and construction debris. Basement, attic, garage or the whole property, we have the know how to get the job done right the first time, under budget and on time.

The largest trucks in New England, and a call before we arrive

We use the largest trucks in New England, so a Nashua job that would take somebody else two trips goes out on one truck. Two or three of us turn up in uniform, trained personnel who watch your corners, your carpets and your floors on the way out. You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call when the crew is close, so you know exactly when we will arrive.

We take the electronics and the debris the curb turns down

Nashua's curbside oversize program gives you five items a year and charges for every one after that, and it never takes electronics or construction debris at all. Those have to go to Four Hills instead, across the scale, on the city's hours rather than yours. We run all year, we take the things the curb turns down, and the disposal is inside the price we quote.

Serving Nashua from our Hooksett office

Nashua is run out of our Hooksett branch, south down Route 3, so it is a regular run rather than a special trip. We recycle and donate as much as 85% of each truck we fill, and if the crew finds a significant amount of that on your job they can apply an additional discount to the cost. The pricing is all inclusive: the labor, the loading, the transport and the disposal are in the one number.

Priced on the work, not the air in the truck

Most junk removal companies charge by how much truck space you use. Bricks or feathers, packed tight or full of air, you can pay the same simply because it takes up the same space. We price the actual job: weight, labor, difficulty and access. And our trucks are huge. Three of many competitors' trucks can fit inside one of ours, which means fewer trips to unload, less time spent dumping and lower costs we can pass on to our customers. Your price is approved before anything moves and doesn't change afterward. Plus, we beat any written quote.

Local. Veteran-owned. No franchise fees.

Steve built Trash Can Willy's on the same principles he learned in the military: show up when we say we will, honor our quote, communicate clearly and leave your property better than we found it. We're local, not a franchise. No call centers, corporate runaround or franchise fees built into your price. We're BBB A+ Accredited, licensed and insured, and a portion of every job supports Wounded Warrior Family Support. Fair pricing. Great communication. No stress. Just a job done right.

What Nashua customers say about us

Every one of these came from Google, written and signed by the customer, town and all. Nashua's come up out of Tree Streets cellars and out of South Nashua garages, and a lot of them are the electronics the curb turns down.

FAQ

Questions we get about junk removal in Nashua

How much does junk removal in Nashua cost?

Single items start at $35, and $40 comes off any job above that. Past that we price the job itself: what it weighs, the labor it takes, how difficult it is and how hard it is to get to. Anything we can resell, donate or recycle comes off that price, and we beat any written quote you already have in hand.

What do you take in Nashua?

You name it, we take it. Furniture, appliances, electronics, household clutter, yard debris, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, pianos and the whole contents of a basement, garage or attic. The rule of thumb is simple: if two or three strong guys can lift it, it goes on the truck. The short list we cannot take is hazardous: wet paint, gasoline and other fuels, solvents and propane tanks.

Do you recycle and donate?

Yes, up to 85 percent of what we haul. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation partners, metal goes to scrap and electronics go to a certified recycler. If something coming out of your house still has resale value we take a discount off your price for it, and sometimes we even buy your junk.

Do you do full house cleanouts in Nashua?

Yes, and they are a large part of what we do. Estates, foreclosures, evictions, hoarding situations, move-outs and downsizing, plus the basement, attic or garage on its own. We are the professional experts on cleanouts, hot tubs, sheds and pianos. Where we can we clear the whole property in one visit, sweep it, and send photos when it is empty.

Can your truck get down my street in French Hill or the Tree Streets?

Yes. We run a 20-foot box truck, so we work the approach out before the day rather than discovering it on the day, and we carry from the door rather than meeting you at the street. Tell us the street and the parking when you book.

How soon can you get to Nashua?

Same-day or next-day is often possible. Nashua is served from our Hooksett office, so it is a regular run for us rather than a special trip.

How do you quote a job?

Call or text 603-490-2177 with a description or a few photos and we give you a price range on the spot. That phone quote is our best guess, not a binding number. When the crew arrives they look at the job and confirm the exact price before any work starts. Once you approve it, it does not change. For big jobs and full cleanouts we come out for a free on-site estimate, Monday to Friday 9 to 5.

Do you beat other quotes?

Yes. Bring us any written estimate from another company and we beat it by up to 10%. And every week we draw one customer's completed job and refund it in full, so keep your receipt.

Do I need to be home?

Not if we can get to the stuff. Plenty of jobs are booked by phone, hauled while you're at work, and closed out with photos and a card payment. If access is tight or you want to point at things yourself, be there and we'll walk it with you.

When will you actually show up?

You get a two-hour arrival window and a courtesy call about 20 minutes out, so you're not sitting around all day. Most single-item pickups are done inside an hour of the truck arriving.

What won't you take?

Hazardous waste is the short list: wet paint or stain, gasoline and other flammable liquids loose in cans or drums, propane tanks, solvents, acids, antifreeze, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste. A mower, generator or snow blower with fuel or oil still in it is fine: we drain it as part of the job. Fully dried latex paint is fine. Everything else, if two people can lift it and it fits in the truck, we take it.

How do I pay, and how does the $40 off work?

Credit, debit, cash, or estate, certified and business checks. No personal checks. You get an emailed receipt before the truck leaves. Mention the coupon when you book any job and we take $40 off the quoted price, one per job.
