Yesterday Zack S. Arrived ahead of schedule to give us an estimate for removal of items in our cellar. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Today Juan and Jeremy came to remove everything and they were great to work with. They arrived ahead of schedule and were very efficient and did a great job! Was very satisfied, only the issue of what I was told on phone was one price regardless of amount of items, when came time to pay was told the weight matters so price was a bit more, 2) I was called they would be late after my two hour window…. then 20 minutes later was called saying they would be here in 20 minutes, glad I did not go out to do errands……otherwise very satisfied, very pleasant workers friendly and careful with pickup items.
