About The Owner
I am Steven Heimsath, the owner of Trash Can Willys. I started this company after being charged exorbitant fees by a local trash removal service when I moved to New Hampshire from Boston. I felt that people deserved a more affordable option, so I set out to provide one. One company in particular, a well-known 800 number company, gave me a same-day quote that I thought was unreasonable and overpriced. I started Trash Can Willys with just a 2006 Ford Explorer and a small trailer, offering personalized and friendly service.

Where Did The Name Come From Anyways?
Steve - "I picked the name with the goal of creating a fun atmosphere for customers and employees. Inspired by the show 'Crank Yankers' where prank phone calls were made, one of my favorite characters was Junk Yard Willy. So, we went with Trash Can Willys and love the unique, playful, and different name it brings. Instead of following the mundane trend of generic 1 800 company names, I wanted our name to stand out and bring a smile to everyone!"
