  We book an arrival window rather than telling you to wait around, and the crew calls about 20 minutes before they pull in so you are not watching the driveway.

• You do not have to be there

  If the junk is outside you do not need to be present at all. Plenty of jobs are booked online, hauled while you are at work and closed out with photos and a card payment. Tell us how to reach the stuff and where to leave the receipt.

• The crew confirms the price before they start

  Booking a slot is not agreeing to a number. The crew looks at the job, gives you the exact price on site, and only starts once you say yes. If you would rather not go ahead, there is no charge.

• Paying is the last step, not the first

  Nothing is taken up front. Credit, debit, cash, or estate, certified and business checks. No personal checks. You get an emailed receipt before the truck leaves.
