We can typically offer same day or next day service for either an estimate in person for larger jobs or a scheduled pickup for small to medium sized jobs, either way our turnaround time is very fast.

Yes, when there is an item you wish to dispose of that we think carries value and that we could sell fairly easily in our second hand store we will determine the items fair market value like a consignment store would and give you 10 to 40% of that items fair market value upfront, off the cost of your junk removal.

Example = We come out and offer a price for a junk removal at $120 but as part of this removal is a couch we think we can resell for $100. We would take $40 off the cost of the junk removal for this item and you would then pay just $80 for your junk removal.

Our trucks are larger than our competitors. Most competitors use 10 foot long trucks that are 5 feet high and 6 feet wide. Our trucks are 20 feet long, 7.5 feet wide, and 8 feet tall. Our competitors typically charge the same as we do for a full truck load, an obvious price savings when using us.

Our standard procedure ensures we won't be cramming your entire garage into one pickup truck like the Beverly Hillbillies! When we ask about volume, it's simply to gauge the amount of junk you have for a more accurate quote. We use a 20' box truck and a minimum of two crew members for all pickups. It's important to note that phone guesstimates are not binding estimates; we'll confirm the exact price upfront when our crew arrives and assesses the items.

We prioritize repurposing or recycling your unwanted items more aggressively than any other company in the area. However, there are instances where salvaging everything may not be feasible due to route constraints. In such cases, we prioritize our customers' convenience and avoid canceling pickups in order to recycle larger items.

• Don't make a pile for us - we remove everything from where it sits
• Be prepared to show the crew what needs to go upon arrival - we recommend using post-it-notes so you can keep track
• If you need to get rid of latex paint, pour kitty litter in the liquid paint and stir it, leave the lid off so its exposed to air flow, if it's dry we can take it 🙂
• If you need a favor and want our guys to move an item in your home while they are there - just ask - they will help out free of charge.
• Make sure anything you want to keep is away from the items we are removing so we do not accidentally take the item.
• You don't need to sit around and wait for us during your scheduled 2 hour time frame, we will call when we are 20 minutes away
